The Young Survivors Retreat will be held September 23-25, 2011, at the Deer Run Retreat Center located outside of Nashville, TN (3845 Perkins Road Thompson’s Station, TN 37179). The weekend-long retreat will give attendees the opportunity to connect with other young breast cancer survivors, share their stories and discuss age-related challenges surrounded by Deer Run’s beautiful, serene setting. Activities will include sessions on art, relaxation, nutrition, fertility, relationships, and beauty tips.
Below is the application. Space is limited and applicants will be taken in the order received. Please fill out and submit as soon as possible to reserve a spot. Upon acceptance a retreat packet will be mailed.
The retreat is open to all women 18-40 currently undergoing treatment or survivors of breast cancer. The retreat is FREE to all participants, including any travel expenses to and from Nashville.
